BevCanna, now renamed first to Forte Group Holdings and then to Vanta Holdings, is a Canadian public health-and-wellness consumer products company that originated in cannabis-infused beverages and later shifted toward alkaline/mineralized beverages, nutraceuticals, and white-label manufacturing. The company operates a roughly 40,000-square-foot beverage manufacturing facility in Osoyoos, British Columbia, supplied by an on-site alkaline spring water aquifer, and commercializes products under brands such as TRACE. Through acquisitions including Naturo Group, Pure Therapy, Embark Health, and Greenflame Distribution, it assembled beverage manufacturing, e-commerce, and wellness product capabilities. In 2023, it ceased cannabis beverage and solventless extract operations and surrendered the related Health Canada licenses, making the business more focused on mainstream wellness CPG and nutraceutical products rather than drug development. It is not a therapeutic biotech or pharma developer, but it is healthcare-adjacent through natural health products and nutraceutical commercialization.
