BiBBInstruments is a Swedish cancer diagnostics and medical technology company developing and commercializing EndoDrill, a patented line of powered endoscopic biopsy instruments for obtaining high-quality core tissue samples. Its products are designed to improve endoscopic ultrasound-guided tissue acquisition compared with conventional manual needles, enabling histological diagnosis, staging, and genetic analysis. The company has market-cleared products in both the United States and Europe, with EndoDrill GI cleared by the FDA in 2023 and the EndoDrill product family CE-marked under the EU MDR in 2024.
