BioAccess's semi-reusable powered bone marrow biopsy device is used clinically and has been commercialized since the late '90s. The company pioneered single-use powered bone marrow biopsy tools with proprietary packaging to prevent contamination during use. No direct clinical trial results are published as would be typical for drugs; instead their products are adopted by hospitals and surgical centers based on performance/safety profile demonstrated through use cases and regulatory clearance where required. The bioaccess® CRO has enabled faster first-in-human studies by facilitating early feasibility trials in Latin America/Eastern Europe/Australia with significant reductions in approval times/enrollment periods compared to US/EU averages for medtech clients.
