BioCheetah is a Singapore-based A*STAR-IMCB spin-off diagnostics company focused on non-invasive, protein-based immunodiagnostic tests for urological cancers, especially bladder cancer. Its lead product, VECanDx ELISA, is a urine-based assay designed for diagnosis and monitoring of bladder cancer using five proprietary biomarkers and detection antibodies interpreted through a software-generated risk score. The company is also developing a point-of-care lateral flow test for rapid bladder cancer biomarker analysis in primary care settings. BioCheetah operates an ISO 13485:2016-certified R&D and pilot production facility in Singapore and has pursued commercialization partnerships in Japan and broader international markets.
