BioEnterprise was a leading bioscience business incubator and accelerator based in Cleveland, Ohio. It provided business formation, recruitment, and management support services to healthcare and bioscience startups. Over its existence it claimed to have helped more than 350 companies grow. In April 2023 it was acquired by Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals and Case Western Reserve University. The company did not itself conduct clinical trials or develop drugs. It had filed at least one patent related to an educational regulatory electronic toolkit for product certification/data management. In its last reported year before acquisition it had about $8.1 million in revenue and around 26–45 employees.
