Company intelligence / Profile preview
BioFirma was a U.S. regenerative medicine company formed in 2018 that developed and supplied perinatal tissue-derived biologic products for clinical use and research services in the life sciences. The company was associated with IMAC Holdings and marketed NeoCyte regenerative medicine products, including amniotic fluid exosome-related offerings and other birth-tissue-derived products for physicians and IMAC rehabilitation clinics. BioFirma also obtained FDA establishment registration enabling it to package, process, store, label, and distribute human cells and tissue products. In late 2019, substantially all of BioFirma's assets were sold to Self Care Regeneration LLC, and IMAC later disclosed that BioFirma was no longer an active entity. Available public information suggests it was an early commercial-stage regenerative medicine products business rather than a traditional drug-development company with a disclosed therapeutic pipeline.
