Overview
Bioheng’s lead universal allogeneic CAR-T program targeting CD7 has demonstrated strong safety and efficacy signals. In a recent Phase I trial for relapsed/refractory T-cell ALL/LBL, the product RD13‑02 achieved response rates up to 92% with robust persistence data. The company’s sequential therapy approach combining UCAR-T with allogeneic HSCT was published in the New England Journal of Medicine. Their IND application for CTD402 was cleared by the FDA in February/March 2025 to proceed into a global Phase Ib/II trial.
