BioInquire was a bioinformatics software company that developed advanced tools for proteomics and mass spectrometry data analysis. Its flagship product, ProteoIQ, provided a comprehensive suite for the entire proteomic data analysis pipeline, including statistical validation and quantification. The software was designed to help researchers in academic, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology laboratories derive meaningful insights from complex proteomic and glycomic experiments. Founded in 2007 as a spin-off from the University of Georgia, BioInquire was acquired by the Australian biotechnology company NuSep Holdings in 2010. In 2013, the intellectual property for ProteoIQ was sold to PREMIER Biosoft.
