BioLine Innovations Jerusalem (BIJ) is a premier biotechnology incubator based in Jerusalem, Israel, and a subsidiary of BioLineRx. Established in 2005 as a joint venture involving BioLineRx, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and the Jerusalem Development Authority, BIJ operates under a franchise from the Israel Innovation Authority to identify and develop early-stage therapeutic projects from Israeli academic and research institutions. The incubator provides funding, infrastructure, and professional expertise to transition high-risk, innovative projects through preclinical development and into clinical stages. Successful projects are typically advanced into the main pipeline of BioLineRx or out-licensed to global pharmaceutical partners.
