BioMAdvanced Diagnostics has developed non-invasive diagnostic tests using gene expression analysis and algorithms to predict organ transplant rejection risks. Their kidney test analyzes two genes plus three clinical parameters with over 97% accuracy for predicting non-rejection. The company’s lung test can forecast rejection up to six months ahead. Both are designed to reduce the need for biopsies, improve patient outcomes, extend graft survival, and lower healthcare costs. As of mid/late 2024, their kidney program was undergoing analytical validation with multicenter European trials planned or underway; commercial launch targeted from late 2025 onward.
