BioNK is a translational biotechnology company developing investigational Natural Killer (NK) and CAR-NK cell therapy platforms for oncology. A pioneer in Brazil and Latin America, the company aims to bridge global scientific innovation with local clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing infrastructure. Its lead program, RNK001, is an allogeneic, unmodified NK cell therapy derived ex vivo from umbilical cord blood CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs), which has been evaluated in Phase 1 trials for recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
