BioPartnering Europe

BioPartnering Europe (BPE) was a premier life science partnering conference and networking platform founded in 1993 by Technology Vision Group (TVG). As the first major event of its kind in Europe, BPE played a critical role in facilitating strategic alliances, licensing deals, and investment opportunities between biotechnology startups and global pharmaceutical companies. The organization operated the biopartnering.com online network, a sophisticated software platform designed to coordinate thousands of one-to-one business development meetings. In 2013, BioPartnering Europe was merged with BIO-Europe, the flagship conference of the EBD Group, to consolidate the European partnering landscape. This merger integrated BPE's legacy and network into the EBD Group's portfolio, which is now part of Informa PLC. Today, the functions formerly served by BPE are continued through the BIO-Europe and BIO-Europe Spring event series.
