Bios Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kong-based biotechnology company specializing in the development and commercialization of hemoglobin-based oxygen carriers (HBOCs) for both human and veterinary medicine. Established in 2024 through the acquisition of New Alpha Innovation (NAI) and Redpharm Biotechnology, the company holds a comprehensive portfolio of intellectual property and regulatory approvals in the artificial hemoglobin field. Its lead veterinary products, Oxapex and Oxamex, are approved in several jurisdictions, including New Zealand and the UK, for treating anemia and hemorrhagic shock in animals.
