Biosiris

Biosiris was a French biotechnology company specializing in bioinformatics and molecular modeling for drug discovery. Founded in 2004 and based at the Genopole biocluster in Evry, the company provided advanced computational services to pharmaceutical and biotech partners to accelerate the identification and optimization of lead compounds. Their expertise focused on structural biology, virtual screening, and the simulation of protein-ligand interactions, particularly for complex targets like G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and kinases. Biosiris operated primarily as a contract research organization (CRO) and technology provider before its liquidation around 2011.
