Overview
Beijing Biostar’s lead product, Utidelone Injectable (UTD1), is a next-generation microtubule inhibitor approved by China’s NMPA in March 2021 for metastatic breast cancer. Phase III data showed significant improvements over standard regimens in progression-free survival and overall survival. The product has been included as a Class I recommendation in the 2024 CSCO Guidelines for Breast Cancer. The pipeline includes 19 programs spanning indication expansions of Utidelone and new formulations/platforms at various stages from preclinical to multinational clinical studies
