Biotech AGORA

Biotech AGORA was a French life-sciences-focused communications, investor engagement, and information platform rather than a drug-developing biotech company. Founded in 2016 in Paris, it organized meetings, interviews, webinars, training modules, and company information services to help investors follow innovation across biotech, medtech, diagnostics, digital health, and pharma. The company positioned itself as a bridge between healthtech companies and individual investors, with activities aimed at improving sector understanding, visibility, and access to financing. In March 2024, SEITOSEI•ACTIFIN announced the acquisition of 100% of Biotech AGORA. French corporate records indicate the legal entity BIOTECH AGORA was later struck off the Paris register in November 2025.
