Biovail Labs International was a key subsidiary of Biovail Corporation, a Canadian specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the formulation and commercialization of drug products using advanced drug-delivery technologies. Its portfolio included significant products such as Wellbutrin XL for depression and Ultram ER for pain management.
