Black River Memorial Hospital

Black River Memorial Hospital is a Wisconsin-based nonprofit community hospital and healthcare provider in Black River Falls. It operates as a critical access hospital and provides inpatient, emergency, surgical, rehabilitation, infusion, wound care, and outpatient clinic services for Jackson County and surrounding communities. In 2025, Black River Memorial Hospital and Krohn Clinic came together under the Black River Health brand to create a more integrated local care organization. The organization is locally controlled, focused on delivering general medical care rather than developing therapeutics, and serves patients across the full continuum of care from prenatal services to end-of-life support.
