Blue Mesa Health was a digital health company focused on chronic disease prevention and management through software-enabled behavioral interventions. Its flagship product, Transform, was a CDC-recognized digital diabetes prevention program that combined mobile software, remote monitoring devices, and individualized and group health coaching over a 12-month program. The company emphasized culturally adapted, multilingual delivery and expanded into markets including the United States, Latin America, and the Middle East. In January 2020, Blue Mesa Health was acquired by Virgin Pulse, and its technology and curriculum were integrated into Virgin Pulse Transform.
