Blue Mountain Health System was a non-profit community healthcare provider based in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. Formed in 2004 through the merger of Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital and Palmerton Hospital, the system provided a wide range of medical services including emergency care, surgery, and rehabilitation. In late 2017, the system was acquired by St. Luke's University Health Network to ensure the continued availability of healthcare services in the region. Following the acquisition, its facilities were integrated into the St. Luke's network, eventually leading to the transition of services to the new St. Luke's Carbon Campus.
