BNGAP

BNGAP is a U.S. nonprofit organization focused on developing the "pre-faculty" pipeline in academic medicine, particularly for diverse medical students, residents, fellows, post-docs, and faculty. Rather than a therapeutic biotech or pharma developer, it operates as a healthcare workforce and academic career development organization that provides seminars, conferences, chapters, mentorship, publications, and training resources.
