BOCOM International is a Hong Kong-based financial services company and the offshore investment banking platform of Bank of Communications. Its businesses include securities brokerage and margin financing, corporate finance and underwriting, asset management and advisory, as well as investment and lending activities. The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and serves institutional, corporate, and wealth clients with capital markets and cross-border financial services. Although it may participate in financing healthcare and biotech companies as part of its investment banking activities, it is not itself a life sciences, biotech, pharma, or healthcare operating company.
