Bodisen Biotech, Inc. was a China-based agricultural biotechnology company that specialized in the production and distribution of environmentally friendly fertilizers and pesticides. The company's product portfolio included liquid fertilizers, organic-compound fertilizers, and specialized soil conditioners designed to enhance crop yields and promote sustainable farming practices. Based in Shaanxi Province, Bodisen was a pioneer among Chinese firms seeking international capital, listing on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) under the symbol BODI. However, the company became embroiled in controversy regarding its financial reporting and was delisted from the AMEX in 2007.
