Body Plus

Body Plus is a Canadian natural health products company focused on the formulation, development, manufacturing, and distribution of nutraceutical and sports nutrition products. Founded in 1984, the business built a portfolio of consumer brands including Progressive, Precision, and Iron Vegan, and also supported private-label supplement manufacturing. In January 2017, Body Plus was acquired by Jamieson Laboratories, now Jamieson Wellness, for total consideration of approximately US$91 million, but it has continued operating as an active division/brand portfolio within the parent organization. The company serves the Canadian health and wellness market through branded supplements sold across specialty, natural, grocery, and other retail channels. Its offerings span vitamins, probiotics, fish oils, protein and sports nutrition, and other natural health products rather than prescription therapeutics.
