Boxsee

BoxSee is a Cambridge-based life sciences company developing a next-generation spatial biology platform designed for high-plex, single-cell analysis. The company's technology integrates advanced 3D imaging and molecular biology to provide high-resolution maps of proteins and RNA within their native tissue context. While the platform has broad applications in spatial proteomics and transcriptomics for drug discovery, it also holds potential for real-time surgical guidance and anatomical visualization.
