Breast Center Salzburg

The Breast Center Salzburg is a specialized multidisciplinary medical institution located at the University Hospital Salzburg in Austria. Founded in 1987, it serves as a center of excellence for the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care of breast cancer and other senological conditions. The center is internationally recognized for its development and implementation of intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT) and holds accreditation from the European Society of Mastology (EUSOMA). Operating under the umbrella of the Salzburger Landeskliniken (SALK) and affiliated with the Paracelsus Medical University, it combines high-volume clinical care with active participation in clinical research.
