Bridge of Life

Originally founded by DaVita, the organization focuses on the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, particularly chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and hypertension. Bridge of Life operates by strengthening healthcare systems through the installation of dialysis equipment, training of local medical staff, and implementation of community-based screening programs. Their mission is to create sustainable healthcare improvements and enhance the quality of life for patients in low-to-middle-income countries.
