Bridge Way Schools

The Bridge Way School is Philadelphia's first and only recovery high school, providing a specialized educational environment for students in grades 9-12 who are recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Founded in 2011, the school integrates a rigorous academic curriculum with comprehensive recovery support services, including 12-step principles, group therapy, and individual counseling. It operates as a private, state-accredited non-profit under the Greater Philadelphia Association for Recovery Education (GPARE).
