BroMenn Healthcare

BroMenn Healthcare was a not-for-profit healthcare system in central Illinois centered on BroMenn Medical Center in Normal, Illinois. The organization operated hospitals and affiliated healthcare services rather than a drug-development pipeline, so it is best characterized as a regional healthcare provider rather than a biotech or pharma company. Historically, the BroMenn name was used across hospital and system entities such as BroMenn Healthcare Hospitals and BroMenn Healthcare System. The organization later operated under the Advocate BroMenn brand, and its hospital assets were subsequently acquired by Carle in 2020, with the flagship hospital now operating as Carle BroMenn Medical Center. Because it was a care delivery organization, BroMenn did not have a therapeutic pipeline, platform technology, or corporate drug programs.
