Brookfield Asset Management

Brookfield Asset Management does not develop therapeutics or healthcare products; it manages over $1 trillion in assets across sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, renewable power, private equity, and credit. It invests in and owns companies—including some in healthcare services—but does not itself have a clinical pipeline. While Brookfield Asset Management itself does not operate as a life science/biotech/pharma/healthcare product developer, it invests in companies within these sectors through its private equity arm, such as Everise and Orthopedic Care Partners. However, these are investments rather than direct operations or R&D activities by BAM itself.
