Company intelligence / Profile preview
BrYet Europe is the European subsidiary of BrYet US, a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing first-in-class therapies for primary and metastatic cancers of the lungs and liver. The company's proprietary approach, based on Transport Oncophysics, targets cancer-specific molecular transport phenotypes rather than individual genetic mutations, making it less vulnerable to therapeutic resistance. BrYet's lead asset, ML-016, is an injectable nanoparticle generator (iNPG) comprising an amino acid polymer conjugated to doxorubicin (pDox) formulated with bio-erodible mesoporous silicon elements. ML-016 is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical development for advanced solid tumors with lung and/or liver involvement.
