Overview
Burzynski Research Institute is developing investigational cancer therapies called antineoplastons. These have been studied primarily in phase I and II trials for various cancers, especially malignant brain tumors. A randomized phase III trial for diffuse intrinsic brainstem glioma is ongoing as of June 2025. However, there is no robust independent evidence supporting efficacy; most positive results come from within the organization itself. No FDA-approved products exist to date.
