Miragene (referred to as "BuyCo" in merger documents) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing innovative therapies for immunological and inflammatory (I&I) diseases. The company was established in July 2025 as a spin-off from Inmagene Biopharmaceuticals following its merger with Ikena Oncology. Miragene holds the "Non-OX40" pipeline assets from the legacy Inmagene portfolio, including IMG-004, a non-covalent reversible BTK inhibitor, and IMG-008, a long-acting IL-36R monoclonal antibody. It also manages rights to izokibep (IMG-020), a Phase 3 IL-17A inhibitor partnered with Acelyrin and Affibody. Led by Dr. Jonathan Wang, Miragene utilizes its proprietary "Smart Innovation" platform to advance a diverse range of treatments for autoimmune conditions.
