C3 Research Associates was a U.S.-based full-service contract research organization focused on clinical development for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic companies. The company provided outsourced services spanning regulatory support, clinical operations, trial management, monitoring, biometrics, data management, biostatistics, safety management, medical monitoring, and medical writing. C3 supported programs from preclinical and early development through Phase IV and lifecycle management rather than developing its own proprietary therapeutics. In September 2022, the company was acquired by Avance Clinical to expand Avance's North American late-phase and global clinical trial capabilities.
