Company intelligence / Profile preview
C3O Telemedicine was a U.S. telemedicine company focused on delivering physician coverage, program design, and managed virtual-care services for hospitals and health systems. The company was founded in 2008 by Dr. Herb Rogove and evolved from C3O Medical Group into a broader multispecialty telemedicine provider. Its service lines emphasized acute neurology, stroke, neurocritical care, intensive care, hospitalist support, and telepsychiatry, typically using medical-grade telehealth devices and workflow software in provider settings. C3O appears to have been acquired by InTouch Health by 2017, after which its capabilities became part of InTouch Health's hospital telehealth offering. InTouch Health itself was later acquired by Teladoc Health in July 2020, so C3O no longer appears to operate as an independent active company.
