Cahaba Medical Care

Cahaba Medical Care is a nonprofit, community-based healthcare organization and Federally Qualified Health Center serving central Alabama. The organization provides commercial-stage healthcare services across a multi-site network that includes primary care, family medicine, obstetrics and women's health, pediatrics, behavioral health, dental care, pharmacy, telehealth, and school-based health services. Cahaba also operates as a Patient-Centered Medical Home and integrates care delivery with workforce training through affiliated residency and training programs. Its mission and operating model are focused on improving access for underserved rural and urban communities regardless of ability to pay.
