Caliburn International

Caliburn International was a U.S.-based professional services company serving government and commercial customers in areas including occupational health, medical readiness, disaster response, humanitarian support, security, engineering, and facilities-related mission services. The company was formed in 2018 as a holding company for multiple federal contracting businesses and developed a significant healthcare services presence through its Advanced Medical Solutions activities and subsidiaries such as Comprehensive Health Services. In 2021, Caliburn separated parts of its business and formally rebranded the remaining core company as Acuity International. As a result, "Caliburn International" is best understood as the former corporate name of what is now Acuity International rather than as a standalone active biotech or pharmaceutical company. It does not appear to have a drug development pipeline in the biotech/pharma sense.
