Calorimetry Sciences Corporation (CSC) was a premier developer of high-sensitivity calorimetry instrumentation designed for the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. The company specialized in Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), providing essential tools for measuring the thermodynamics of molecular interactions. Their technology, particularly the Nano-ITC and Nano-DSC product lines, became critical for drug discovery applications such as protein-ligand binding and structural stability analysis. In 2006, CSC was acquired by TA Instruments, a subsidiary of Waters Corporation, which integrated the technology into its microcalorimetry division.
