Company intelligence / Profile preview
Cambridge Heart developed and commercialized non-invasive diagnostic tests for identifying patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest, notably the Microvolt T-Wave Alternans™ test. The technology was based on research from MIT and was reimbursed by Medicare. Despite initial promise, the company faced persistent financial difficulties and ultimately ceased operations after auctioning its assets in 2014.
