Company intelligence / Profile preview
CambridgeIP, also known as Cambridge Intellectual Property, was a UK-based private company focused on technology intelligence, innovation strategy, patent analytics, and related software and research services. The company served corporations, researchers, investors, consultancies, and public-sector organizations across multiple industries, including life sciences, energy, telecom, and other technology sectors. Its offerings included patent landscaping, competitor mapping, technology market research, patent expiry analysis, and access to patent and science-literature datasets, including through its DiscoverIP platform. Although CambridgeIP worked with life sciences clients, it was not itself a biotech, pharma, or healthcare operating company and did not appear to develop therapeutic products. The underlying UK company, Cambridge Intellectual Property Limited, was incorporated in 2006 and was later dissolved in 2020.
