Overview
Campus Berlin-Buch GmbH operates one of Germany’s largest biotech parks. It provides state-of-the-art laboratory and office space for over 75 life science companies—more than 50 in biotech—supporting innovation from early-stage start-ups to mature firms. The campus fosters collaboration between research institutes (e.g., Max Delbrück Center), hospitals (e.g., Helios Clinic), Charité university clinics/outpatient centers and industry. Its new incubator center "BerlinBioCube" opened in 2023 to further accelerate company growth. The site has a strong focus on biomedicine and translational research but does not itself conduct drug development or maintain a product pipeline.
