Camulos Capital was an investment management firm based in Stamford, Connecticut, that specialized in credit-oriented strategies, distressed debt, and special situations. Founded in 2005 by Richard Brennan, a former Managing Director at Lazard, the firm initially managed several billion dollars in assets with a focus on complex credit markets and high-yield opportunities. While the firm invested across various sectors, it functioned strictly as a financial services entity rather than a biotechnology or pharmaceutical developer. Following the global financial crisis, the firm experienced significant redemptions and eventually wound down its primary operations. It is not associated with any proprietary drug development pipelines or therapeutic platforms.
