Cancilico is a Dresden-based health-tech startup specializing in AI-driven diagnostic solutions for hematology. Founded in 2023 as a spin-off from the TUD Dresden University of Technology, the company's flagship product, MyeloAID, automates the analysis of blood and bone marrow samples to improve the accuracy and speed of blood cancer diagnosis. The platform-independent software integrates with existing laboratory hardware, such as microscopes and scanners, to assist hematologists in identifying malignancies and developing digital biomarkers. Cancilico also provides custom AI development services for the pharmaceutical industry to accelerate drug discovery and clinical trials.
