CannaKorp was a Massachusetts-based private cannabis technology company that developed a pod-based vaporization platform for medical cannabis and other botanical products. Its core offering was the Wisp system, which combined a vaporizer device with single-use, precisely measured pods and a proprietary pod-filling process intended to improve dosing consistency, convenience, and product quality. The company positioned its technology as a standardized inhalation platform for medical, wellness, and adult-use cannabis markets. CannaKorp was acquired by Target Group effective March 1, 2019, and continued as a subsidiary after the transaction.
