Cannavated Beverage Co. was a specialized subsidiary of The Alkaline Water Company Inc., established to develop and market CBD-infused functional beverages. The company focused on integrating hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) into functional water products using advanced nano-emulsion technologies to ensure stability and superior bioavailability. Its primary product line included the "Alkaline88 CBD" brand, which featured various flavored and unflavored waters infused with 10mg of CBD. Cannavated aimed to leverage the parent company's extensive retail distribution network to become a leader in the emerging cannabis-infused beverage sector. However, the company's operations effectively ceased following the financial decline and subsequent Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing of its parent company in May 2024.
