CAP Foundation

The CAP Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the College of American Pathologists, dedicated to improving patient health by supporting the specialty of pathology. The organization focuses on three main pillars: community health, pathology research, and leadership development for pathologists. Its signature program, See, Test & Treat, provides free, same-day cervical and breast cancer screenings and follow-up care to underserved populations across the United States. Additionally, the foundation awards numerous grants and fellowships to support innovative research and professional growth within the field of laboratory medicine.
