Cape Counseling Services

Cape Counseling Services was a New Jersey nonprofit behavioral health organization that provided community-based mental health counseling, psychiatric assessment and medication monitoring, addiction treatment, and related supportive services in Cape May County. The organization operated outpatient and other community behavioral health programs rather than a drug development pipeline. It appears to have been active as an independent provider through at least 2019 and later merged into Acenda, with former CEO Greg Speed noted as instrumental in the 2019 merger that created Acenda. As a result, Cape Counseling Services should be understood as a healthcare service provider and former nonprofit operator, not a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
