Company intelligence / Profile preview
Capital and Coast District Health Board (CCDHB) was a public healthcare organization responsible for providing health and disability services to the Wellington, Porirua, and Kapiti Coast regions of New Zealand. It operated major facilities including Wellington Regional Hospital and Kenepuru Community Hospital, offering a comprehensive range of secondary and tertiary medical services. The organization served a population of approximately 300,000 people and was one of the largest employers in the Wellington region. On July 1, 2022, CCDHB was disestablished and its operations were integrated into Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand as part of a major national health system reform.
