Cardiovascular Research Consortium

The Cardiovascular Research Consortium (CRC) is a nationwide network of community-based cardiology practices and a clinical research organization (CRO) founded in 2011. It provides biopharmaceutical companies with access to extensive cardiology-specific clinical data and real-world evidence through its "living lab" of nearly 3 million active patients across more than 30 states. CRC specializes in overseeing clinical trials, having managed over 800 studies, and offers services ranging from protocol feasibility to site operations and data analytics. The consortium leverages a common electronic medical record (EMR) platform, GEMMS ONE, to aggregate and query longitudinal patient data for both retrospective and prospective research initiatives.
