Its core focus is service delivery rather than drug development, with offerings spanning autism, acquired brain injury, learning disabilities, mental health, sensory impairment, and special educational needs. CareTech has also built adjacent disability-focused and assistive-technology capabilities through businesses such as Smartbox, Purple, and EnableAll. Formerly listed on AIM under ticker CTH, the company was taken private in 2022 and continues to operate as an active private group.
